Free Shipping on all orders over $50. 

If an order is sent out and is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or a delayed pickup, the customer must cover the shipping fee for re-delivery. Alternatively, the customer can request a refund for their items. Once the items are returned, you will be refunded the whole amount minus shipping costs.

If you're experiencing an issue with one of our products, please include photos and a detailed description in your email so that we can determine how best to assist. Proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions: we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and used products.
